I'm not going to laugh at a player being injured, even if he did snub us, but I do hope this means QPR struggle for the rest of the season.

Why not? He snubbed us for a **** club for more money, and he doesn't try in certain matches...

So Tash if you chose a job at one hospital over another, then had an accident at work, you'd expect the snubbed hospital workers to laugh at you even if you couldn't work for months? And yes, they do say you are a lazy ****. ;)

Yeah it's funny. Because he went to a tiny club over your massive club for the same deal. It's bad luck he got injured but if that makes you happy good luck to you.

    Oh dear,
Celebrating because a player gets injured? Maybe he just didnt want to play in the grim north for a bunch of sell outs who even sold the name of there stadium for a few quid.
You as geordies shouldd be embarresed to say Sports Direct...Those great players you used to have when you were a good team, many moons ago will be turning in thier graves....
Do you have to speak French now to get into Newcastle? Not that i really care as its a s**t tip !

Good luck. See you in the NPC in a couple of years <ok>

    Oh dear....you thick ignorant fool!!
Remy didn't play in the cup....that comment was about Cisse (and she got that wrong too as he didn't play in the game either)

What a sad bunch you are. Glad a player is injured and wishing ill on another club....pathetic!

Not sure I'd believe any quote regarding this whether it's from your owners or Redknapp or whoever. His u-turn was too dramatic to have been influenced by much else... Your 'project' isn't more exciting as has been suggested as the reason. Money does talk though. Don't really blame him as he had no prior affiliation to either club, and not gleeful that he is injured... Don't like Redknapp though as his conduct when it comes to other clubs players requires a raised eyebrow at least - anything that gives him a kick in the nuts is therefore going to result in some level of satisfaction.

dont hate qpr , must admit

    just cant stand greed.. ..

we are never going to get away with the look after london goverment and billionaire playground..( prem now) which we will find hard to compete with
    the money side of it.

just shows how risky it can be ..spending fortunes on players. and something like this happens .

do people actually think that remy would be bothered ..i doubt it ..hes prob pissing his tits off laughing at his bank statement playing fifa .

if qpr stay up then thats fine by me .
if they go down well thats just another london club out the prem so thats suits me .fine aswell .

    ha way the toon

I think most of us will agree we dodged a bullet, we are supporting a profession that is fuelled by greed, pressure is on Remy to deliver the goods, as it was with both Carroll, and Torres, lets see what comes of that.
To gloat about anyone being injured is nasty, we got gazumped get over it!

    This.

I could just about feel good about QPR having snatched a player that turns out to be unavailable and thereby having pressured us into buying one who is looking unbeleivable but, even if it's only a groin injury that will heal, I can't feel good about a player getting injured.

God you sad bitter 'plastic jocks'. Get a life!
Cannot believe i am reading this from Newcastle fans? Laughing because a players injured. You really are a sad lot aren't you but then what do you expect from the the 'Two faced' geordies?
Is Mike Ashley still a 'cockney ####' and is Alan Pardew still a 's### manager'? No wonder 'Ba' left and that defender 'Collichie' (whatever his name is) wants out as you might get 52K gates but what a bunch of tw#ts you are.
You were better back in the day you got 8k gates

When was that then? According to records our lowest attendance season was in 90/91 where the average was around 17000... Still would have all but maxed out Loftus Road.

I agree with you that it is off people laughing about Remy injured. Have nothing against QPR either. For me the only feeling I have for your club is a dislike of your manager... And a slight caution that another Billionaire backed team might become uncatchable by sensible means.

Understand that some comments got your hackles up but you have thrown away your moral highground by grouping and insulting an entire city/regions worth of people. It's an ignorant way to behave.

I, like most people on here (I assume), would never laugh at another teams players getting injured (even 5under1and's players). Not only is it morally dodgy to take enjoyment from someone else's pain, we have far too many players that are injury prone ourselves to be in any position to gloat! On top of this it's much more satisfying to beat a team at full strength than it is to beat a team racked by injuries.
Having said that, I do agree that we've dodged a bullet here. I don't know how Remy has played with QPR but that fact he has got injured so quickly does make me grateful that we didn't sign him. Last thing we need now after all the injuries we've had this season is to have another player in the treatment room.

Also, we probably would not have pushed forward the signings of Sissoko and Gouffran if we'd spent £8m on Remy. It's a huge relief that we failed to get him here.

This kind of behaving (not all the newcaste-fans) is the model of genuine sportmanship.........Sadly some of us here on QPR-forum would act the same way if they have a chance. Majority on the magpies forum dont even try to understand, that signing Remy was not about greediness at all. It was all about desperation to keep QPR up in the prem. It was good signing and sadly that went horribly wrong if the papers are right about his injury. In my experience if you wish somebody to hurt himself theres a possibility it comes haunt you somehow in the future........
