Hoolahoops had a header deflected wide from close in in the first 5 minutes! Snodgrass had a header cleared off the line so that was an obvious chance and Surman had a header from 8 yards out he put wide. And Snoddy had a shot deflected wide second half. All good chances. And the Surman run was a sitter.
It's the worst possible scenario.We are conceding fewer goals than last season but not sufficiently few that we get results.On the other hand we are not scoring so we can't actually win games.The way things are I will be surprised if we get three wins by Christmas.Pleasantly surprised,pleased to be proved wrong,but surprised nevertheless.
