Okay, this took more effort than it was worth. Chilco's post in this thread was 1,000,026 according to the forum count. There doesn't appear to be an easy means of checking this, but working backwards it seems to be this one:

Almost everything on here has been said before as football is so limited you can't write a lot about it without repeating yourself over and over. Even what I have just said I have written before on numerous occasions and I have had numerous responses from people all saying the thing. Football discussions are a bit like book plots there are only a handful of themes: we was robbed; crap ref; great game; we need new players; we're doomed; the managers got to go; we are staying up/going up; that was/was not off side; money's ruining the game; Pompey are ****. To make a million post out of such paucity takes some doing so we are all to be congratulated.
My contribution to the total number of posts is 0.000 01%. That is because I can't be arsed to comment half the time or I am too busy to do so.
