My theory is she did, yes. The queen thought Diana bought shame to the royal family as she (Diana) may or may not have had a fling with someone and also Diana's work for charity was more than the queen will ever do.

Very tough times mate, agree your votes won't change anything but am impressed by the way you get to have these kind of votes in Ireland. We get asked about meaningless electoral reform once every 30 years. What winds me up is the way our economic woes are discussed as if they are acts of nature. Fact is the system is run by humans and is ****ed up by humans (and their greed). This has made us ever more dependent on the Chinese and their hateful government, which is at least savvy enough to manipulate everything in its own favour. Now if they catch a cold it will be pneumonia for us.
Mate...you are talking complete bollocks!! The Royal Family have a lot of faults....mainly the hangers-on and the extended family. BUT....the main Royals bring in literally billions of quid in tourism etc and are loved and admired the World over. Queen Elizabeth 2nd was thrust into being Queen at a young age and has been incredibly hard-working and loyal to the country and her "duty" for all of her 60 year reign!! DT.....I rather suspect you like to be devil's advocate and stir the pot!! However, my Brother lived in France and a good friend still does and they both tell of a country riddled with red-tape and corruption!! They encounter/ed very unfriendly, arrogant French people who basically can't stand the fact that the good old British Tommy got them out of their collective, cowardly ****e!! Not to mention that they could hardly ever win a war against us throughout history. The one thing I do agree with you about is that the French do stick up for themselves, which is something our lilly-livered, politically correct ruling classes forgot how to do long ago!! Finally, there have been some despicable British Monarchs throughout history, but many, such as Elizabeth 1st, to mention just one have been outstanding leaders and patriots!! Have a nice day!!
Just finished the Victoria sponge. I agree completely DT about the continued commercialisation of our country and yes the frogs have some things right that we could learn from. However I am an Englishman. I prefer to have the queen as the figurehead of our nation then some jumped up prat like sarkozy
Have you not noticed that the Euro is on the brink of collapse? A united states of Europe is a terrible idea and Britain would never vote for it in my lifetime. In fact, I believe approx 70% are now in favour of withdrawing from the European Union altogether!! That would be a very happy day!!
There is more than enough evidence to suggest dark forces were at work. My opinion for what it's worth is that she was murdered But then again I'm a great believer in conspiricy theories( apparantly certain people have a brain make up that it open to these). There certainly are some unexplained things surrounding Diana's death, but if our security forces were ordered to kill her, it wouldn't have been done in such a haphazard way imo. Making a car crash is no guarantee of death!!
