Avram Grant got us to a C.L final. When you have world class experienced winners all over the pitch, sometimes it's not about the manager. I'd agree that a cup double and top 4 would be an amazing season and one of our best; but before we start patting anyone on the back, lets get there first. A LOT of work to be done in the next 10 plus games. And as for looking silly....why not give us some of your legendary predictions?!?!

You are the one arguing it will be our best season, when last season was our best season by a country mile. of course it will be a success, it will be a very good season if we win the two trophies we are fighting for AND finish inside the top four. However it will NOT be our best or even one of our best.

I never said it would be. I said it would be "one" of your best. Yet, for you, apparently, winning both the FA Cup and the Europa League in the same season would not count as one of your best seasons. Why do you even support football?
