Had a cracking start to today already, the missus gave birth to our first child at 4:30am, an absolutely beautiful little 8lb 3oz girl by the name of Poppy who is already easily the best thing ever!!

Seriously couldn't be any happier right now, without question the best thing that's ever happened in all my 35 years, haven't taken my eyes off her yet!!

Can't wait to get her a NCFC baby grow from the club shop!

Yeah, to be honest Grant Holt's recent loss of form/fitness doesn't seem to bother me in the slightest right now - funny that eh?

Massive congrats to you and your wife Munky. I know exactly what you're feeling mate - it really is the best feeling in the world and nothing comes close to it!

Congrats Munky, I trust both mother and baby are doing well. I was a similar age to you when my missus presented me with my first born. The wife had a torrid time though, but as most of you have just had your breakfasts we'll leave it there ! Congrats again, your life has now changed forever ;)

Well Done Mrs TMC and congratulations to you mate. I know you are chuffed to bits and rightly so. You have brought a beautiful child into the world and thats not always easy.
POPPY should fit nicely onto the back of a shirt!
Have one or two for all of us mate!

Very pleased for you - best wishes to Mr & Mrs Munky. I am a bit further down the line with 4 kids and 6 Grandchildren but I can assure you that the joy children bring into the world never diminishes. Enjoy every minute you have with your little girl as one day you will turn round and see a young woman making a life of her own and how she copes with that depends on the guidance you have given her.

congrats munky, very nice of her to give birth not on a matchday.
girls are easier to bring up than boys, i can talk from experience

Many congrats Munky, to you and the missus, and as it´s you.........

Newborn today
To Poppy, I say
Welcome to the big outside world,
Look after your Dad
If he should get mad
When his matchday programme is hurled,
But I bet he´ll see
Much less of City
Now that you´ve arrived on the scene,
So enjoy your life
Together, and wife
You deserve some peaches and cream. :)
