Just checked my Corals football slip to find nine out of nine selections correct which gives me a very handy 293.quid return for a 2 pound stake.I am no big gambler and only do a few quid on a saturday footie only funnily enough and dont know why i never include saints in any bet as it generally goes pear shape if i do . Just wondered do any of you guys like a punt and are you a mug or lucky

I don't do the National Lottery. Every time I don't do it, I win a pound. It's amazing how much money I've won by not doing the Lottery. I'm so much up on the deal it's stunning. I'd encourage anyone to not do the Lottery.

Does that give you a clue where I stand on gambling..? ;)

I once entered a 20p raffle as a kid and won a railway engine name plate; it is still in the garage...

You should sell it quickly while all those railway enthusiasts are still alive. In 20 years time it will be worth nothing. Today it is quite valuable and could possibly buy you your season ticket next year.

With regards to having a flutter sorry I never ever do it. Gambling is a mugs game.

Well done mate!! Normally I have had at least 6 or 7 accumalators up by this time of the year but not one this season!!!

I have had a few correct scores though and luckily good wins on horses and dogs!!

What teams did you do just out of interest?

I have the odd accumulater now and then, I put on £1 sometimes £2, never more. Adds a bit of spice to Saturadays on occasion. Well done CSH, result. The most I've won is about £130. I think this level of 'gambling' is pretty harmless and I certainly wouldn't call it a mugs game!

I have been destroyed by the bookies so far this year. Had a couple of wins but in general losing around £50 a week. Not looking forward to Cheltenham if this form continues.

Nice win mate.
I do a footy bet most weekends, was doing well earlier in the season, but struggled a bit lately. Done a 4 fold yesterday, brentford, charlton, bristol rovers and poxy Hull to beat Crawley.Best win this season was £360,but had £1350,£800 and £650 wins last season.
Have backed Saints,Sheff Wed and Oxford in an e/w bet for the leagues this season, and skates to get relegated @ 5/1. Hope they get about a 30 point deduction.
Had a nice win 2 seasons ago when the Skates got relegated from the Prem, got 9/2 when they started selling all of their players in pre season.

I just won the jackpot in the Lottereeeee,
Now I've got more Money than Joey Beeeee,
I could go out to lunch with HMRCeeeeee,
But I might end up having to buy Pompeeeeee........!

Never seen a poor bookies, as they say. As for the lottery, you don't need to spend too long with a calculator to work out what a waste of money it is.
