You assume that it's going to happen, Baines won't be going anywhere imo. Fellaini will, but whether that's United I've no idea, he was always going to leave this summer if we didn't get CL football, as his contract has a release clause. So we've not been, or will not be, 'mugged' as you put it. Unlike you lot who've been raped by Swansea, Newcastle, Villa, Sunderland & Roma, to the tune of £101M Now that's what I call being mugged.

On a completely serious note, I agree Baines is the best LB in the UK, so wouldn't it be a shame for him to stay at Everton and probably do nothing with his career? He won't win anything with England.
i agree he must be farily close to the best but then there are a few floating about like evra (all lfc fans now queue up to abuse me) cole, enrique, ekotto as well. baines is in my FF team put it that way. on a non serious note.. you call it mugged we call it charity to the lesser clubs.
Baines destroyed Evra this season. More appearances, more goals, fewer conceded. Evra is being carried by the rest of Man Utd at this stage of his career.
