Was it Newcastle at home when he was beaten twice with long range shots? Shocking goalkeeping, but at Championship level he will be fine.
The one he saved was a good volley from distance, outside the area. I can't take full credit for the stream, it was Amber Nectar that posted it on twitter earlier, I just copied it on here to look cool.
CJM looks a prospect out wide lots of pace. Central midfield not cutting it for me very little link up to the front 2. Both too deep for me. Aluko hasn't been in it either. Great save from McGregor though and Dawson probably had the best chance of the half.
We've looked pretty decent. Impressed with some of the younger players. CJM our striker come winger (I have to say I always thought he was a LB/LWB/LW rather than a striker) Lenihan looks composed. Aluko looks sharp - he even made a tackle or two.
Looks and sounds like last season. "You are the Deutschland, you are the Deutschland, you are the Deutschland over there!"
N'Doye looks to be going through the motions, Hudds looks OK, Meyler trying to be the hard man again!! Would like to see Palazyarse in the 2nd half in place of Meyler though.
He was incredibly **** last year, which is why he was rightly dropped. One swallow does not make a Summer, he needs to play like this week in week out.
