Looks like we are getting a scrappy win. Which is good. So Howe gets the credit. I feel like we are the better side only just. And it could have gone either way.
Wilson offers nothing. All that happens when he comes on is we give it away repeatedly and it keeps coming back. If this is some weird attempt by Howe to get one of his mates a contract I’ll be ****ing fuming.
Trippier played well after the 1st minute. Murphy was terrible. Bruno gets the goal. Barnes was crap apart from the cross. Joelinton is critical to this team. Burn was ok. Schar was ok. Livermento was average. Wilson is crap.
The ****ing state of this shower of ****. Longstaff repeatedly giving away dangerous free kicks, Wilson plodding about doing nothing, easiest ****ing pass you’ll see at the death to just smash it into their half and Murphy does THAT. To be entirely fair, I don’t know Howe gets results with these players. I just hope to God he can see how poor some are and replaces them.
