You always get fans of drivers making excuses for the drivers they support. However, this seems to have angered a lot of people far beyond Hamilton's fan base.
Yeah because he lost. He's a turd and it pleases me greatly to see him lose so painfully. I hope his fans cry a few more tears. They didn't cry when he was driving the other guys of the track
I hoped Max would win and I was pissed off at how it happened. I wouidn't call myself a Hamilton fan but I do admire his driving ability. He has made mistakes in the past but he is genuinely one of the safest and cleanest drivers on the grid.
He failed to keep the lead because he was not good enough to stop the other guy. I hope max wins every year now by similar means. I have no mercy .. I'm sorry nev I'm just a merciless arsehole.
That's just wrong. He lost the lead due to dubious decisions out of his control. It was ****ed up like nothing I've ever seen in sport. And I don't like him. It would be like us beating Man Utd 3-1 and the ref playing extra time and allowing them 11 concussion subs till they went in front.
I don't believe it was a corrupt decision. I don't think they tried to engineer Max winning. I think they tried to engineer an exciting finish, which if he understood the sport even half as well as he should he would have known it would inevitably end in a win for Max.
Masi made his decision, announced his decision, then Horner started screaming over the radio and he changed his decision. Even the other lapped drivers have said they can't understand it. The rules were made up on the spot because Masi shat his pants when Horner kicked off with him.
Silly bastard should have changed his engine and had an RAC truck out on track do the repairs whilst he was on the move behind the safety car too.
