My point being: the last close season twinned with this seasons cash injection, we must have access to a huge war chest, Quinnyand Short permitting.

We have ballanced our books pretty well in comparison to other teams over the last TWO pre seasons, don't you agree ?..Yes, I know we won't throw money at future targets, but you have to agree that other than paying the lonee's wages etc, we have TWO seasons worth of Sky money AND Mr Shorts cash to work with !!!!

Using the stats I've used above, I would like to see what you all could add to give a more accurate up-to-date account balance...please !!!!

I often hear people saying that we have spent a huge amount on players but this isn't quite true.

I know that RK spent a lot but wasn't it during the Drumaville days?

Since SB has been here we are either at break even or maybe a profit with the transfers.
When you look at Rackem's statistics (and notice Bent's £18-£24m. isn't included) there is very little difference in the in/out monies.
Of course I don't know the full picture, what, with wages for instance, but surely with the marketing money, the tv money and other monies coming in, we should really be well into the black.

I think someone (chappaz or leazes badger or summat like that) gave some details of monies in and out where we didn't look so healthy so I wonder how the Boltons and Blackburns manage with half the crowds we get?

Standing back and just looking at it from a fans point of view you would think we had lots (£30m.+) easy, and that's without any of Short's money....

.....or do we?
