Nice to know that Davies can add leadership qualities to being a bloody brilliant player.

Loved how after Thudds goal ( I think ) , Curtis Davies was the only outfield player not joining in the celebrations and just went straight back into position to concentrate and
ready himself for the restart.
 
Well done Cutis Davies but what he did was nothing new back in the day.

Sadly most modern capts dont have it in them. Gerrard also played his part for Liverpool yesterday.

Both of them are proper capts. Ian Ashbee would be proud of you.
