So, I've decided to splash out and buy a half season ticket, as my personal situation has changed since the beginning of the season and now I only have to think and plan for myself. I go on the site as advised by the mail and choose my seat. So far, so good ................ Now all I have to do is register - "if you've not used this site before, simply enter your e-mail address and your postcode as password". OK, thinks I, that's easy. Ah - "incorrect password" ............... Hmmm - perhaps I used this site before when I was abroad? Must have forgotten. "Enter e-mail address here if you've forgotten your password and one will be mailed to you". Fair enough. Oh - "user not recognised" - WTF? Am now on hold ............................
I had a similar problem I found it easier to go down to the ticket office to sort it out. Then to fix the problem online.
I don't know about Half Season Tickets, but... My experience with all the official sites, whether it be tickets, merchandise or the site and mobile version, is that they're poorly designed and a bit unreliable. I'm not surprised you're having problems.
Was just considering that when I got through and had a good chat with the guy at the other end of the blower. Seems it's a common problem (anyone know a good website designer out there? Come on Saints, this isn't a good way to do business!). Anyway, I am now the proud owner of a half season ticket for the Kingsland - well, I will be around December 15. Early Christmas present to myself Now to start saving for next year! Do you think we'll sell plenty of these? Perhaps get some sleeping supporters in? Or are they too expensive?
I used to sit in Block 27 a few years ago, and that was with a half season ticket. As luck would have it, it was the year (2003) that we got to the cup final so was able to get a ticket quite easily. Hopefully, it's a good omen and you will be as lucky.
More than I really wanted to pay - £404, but it guarantees me all home games after Chelsea, so that's 10 and I was paying on average £39 - £40 a ticket (and couldn't be guaranteed one for the "big" games) so I reckon it was worth it. Plus priority on away, FA and Capital One games and 10% off in the store, so I took a big gulp and bought one! At least I'll have something to keep me occupied during the dreary month of January
Definitely! You planning on being there for the Leicester game (traffic allowing)? I'll be there .............
Very unlikely this weekend as I can't leave here before 12:15/12:30.... if it changes I'll let you know.
