I mean as in the FL want paperwork from GFH to explain who is actually in charge and where the recent funds have been coming from, I personally believe it could have been lack of paperwork from GFH that was also delaying the process, we just assume all the delays are due to Cellino... Irrelevant now though after yesterdays announcement
Perhaps the FL will levy fines against GFH on their way out? Anyone know what the prescribed penalties are for not following these rules?
