Yeah she was indeed. It was a cracking theme tune right enough. There were some absolutely fabulous theme tunes in 60's series as well, which I watched when they were repeated in the 70's. The Persuaders, The Saint, The Protectors et al Someone should really start a thread about their favourite theme tunes from TV series. I would but I wouldn't know how to go about it, having never done one before.
Richard Wilson was the dog's bollocks in One Foot in the Grave which also happens to be the best TV comedy of all time. Loved Coltrane in Frasier as one of Daphne from Manchester's three brothers: a Scotch, a cockney and an Aussie. Bet that confused the hell out of the yanks.
Just start a thread about biscuits then after you posted it, edit it and change all occurrences of "biscuit" to "tv theme tune"
Have to disagree there me old mucker. One Foot In The Grave was ****ing awful and Richard Wilson truly is an absolute **** if you have ever heard him being interviewed.
So ****ing what? That is what they do, just don't answer the door or answer it and say you aren't interested. Moaning cow.
They tend to target the lower end of the intelligence scale. Btw what school did Coltrane go to? @monacoger @eddie_squidd @Lochers ?
Fitz was a tour de force. Incredible performance. He was also great in A kick up the 80s. Harry Potter...meh. Rest easy big fella.
