I think we need to win tomorrow regardless of whats going on in other games, can't afford to be complacent, hoping the arsenal might be up for this match, if for nothing else other than the fact it's pat rices last game, be great if we could put in a really strong display
We have to win - simple. If we dont we will end the season with no wins in the last 5 matches. We cannot keep relying on others slipping up as we have done so far. No win and I dont think we desrve 3rd. The average points haul for 3rd place in PL history is 74 points, and if we were to draw or lose we would end with 68 points - joint second worst in PL history for 3rd place.
Great article. Just a few comments: 1. No one think's Bale is the "greatest". 2. Why do you not think Fulham's poor away form counts against them yet West Brom's poor home form does? 3. How come Spurs being under pressure and Fulham having little to play for matters, yet Arsenal who are under pressure at West Brom who have little to play for doesn't? 4. Newcastle are in good form too, yet they have no chance? 5. Talking of form, West Brom have won 4 of their last 6 at home 6. They're called the Baggies, not Brummies. 7. Fulham are not top 8. I think the advantage we have is we are the only club who might not need a result to get 3rd (very possible) and almost certainly wont need anything to pick up 4th. Obviously we want 3rd or it will be a dreadfull week before the final in munich.
No , West Bromwich is NOT Birmingham . Aston Villa are in Birmingham mind. But Wolves and West Brom are NOT .
Well West Brom isnt birmingham but its basically the same place so they can be validly called brummies imo.
