Is that the right way round? There seems to be a thing for French cars to be named after girls (Megane, Clio, Xara, Zoe, etc). I could see a publicity thing being done of them giving a car to someone with the same name when they launched a new model.

 

David Seaman, now there's a name change warranted and of course we had a legend of our own at City with a not too flattering last name, but a legend just the same.

 

I once knew someone called Lorna Moore and I knew someone who changed his name to Mickey Mouse to "screw the system". As part of my job many years ago I asked a teenager her surname, and she was reluctant o tell me as I would laugh. I assured her in all seriousness that I had heard them all and I certainly would not laugh, but when she told me her surname was Raspberry I lost it completely and just fell about.
