Huw is the master of silence . I'll take him still being in Germany & us hearing nothing as a positive sign !

If huw can get him for a maximum of £5 mill then he will be with us next season. If hoff wants between £7-10 mill then dont expect him here, huw wont go overboard and virtually double our transfer record for nobody....I hope huw can do a deal but if he cant then we will have to look elsewhere. we cant drag this out for ever as there are more jobs to be done before pre-season....all we can do is hope ...

 

I think that if he doesnt get him now he should wait and go again after the Euros as the proper silly season starts then when there is a major tournament. They are going to hold out for a large price now given that demand is high...when after the Euros finish and a player or two does well from a country like Poland or somewhere the scouts will be clambering over the next best player from the Euros and then we sneak in and get Siggy when all the top clubs have forgotten about him
