Nicked this from someone else but **** it. It is rumoured that Everton bought Sigurdsson from Swansea on the request of Wayne Rooney, he asked the club to get a GILF to service him....
9 games into the season and Siggy has no points , no assists and Everton are in a relegation spot . Thanks for the 45 million .
But he's still better than the crap that we have at our disposal. 'Thanks for the £45m' means **** all when we get relegated with this talentless bunch.
None of which was spent. You should try watching Swansea once in a while. You'd then realising losing four out five home games, you get relegated, whether you've £45 million in the bank or not.
... we should have won by 3 or 4 yesterday, it's fair to say ... you need Fer back ... first time we've really dominated midfield this season, although that's partly because Iborra has come in and looks pretty good
Spoken like a true " Prawn Star " fan who's big club couldn't care less about how much they spend because there is a ton more money where that came from and ditches high priced players like bic lighters . Your sidebar comment sidetracks the fact that Siggy has done nothing in 9 games along with his new team .
Does it really matter that he's had a slow start in an underperforming team when you're crying out for him? Losing Llorente and Sigurdsson and replacing them with two big gambles in Bony and Sanches isn't currently paying off. I'd rather you didn't go down as there are teams I dislike far more in the mix but I think you will.
We've been going down for 7 years according to some , gets a bit old . We've have 9 new players with less than a season with us , the majority of those with only a few months. But if we do go down I'll be focused on what we've accomplished staying up for 7 seasons , with a net transfer in the black over that 7 year period rather than dwelling on the relegation ... in a League where some teams pay almost a quarter billion in wages while we pay 60 million .... never mind how much they spend in the transfer department
