hope so mate, all depends on who is alongside him, don't forget we're gonna lose him for a whole month for the next two years with the acn. so we're gonna need two good strikers, as well as him..
You seem to be changing your mind on the lad. Gyan was a massive risk for Bruce and his key signing has come good. I never saw any great chemistry on the field between him and Da$$a. He's come good and we need someone with clever feet to work alongside him. Early last season defences used to hang back because they were **** scared of Bent and Jones and so they were cautious of committing too many player forward - we need that again.
change? not really mate i take on board what everyone else is saying, i accept the fact he's taking on to much responibility, and that's bruce's fault. did i, and do i expect more from him, ****ing too right, while he's not a poacher, he's still a forward and expect more than ten goals. sometimes i see flashes of brilliance, but no end product, so while i'm not convinced as much as many, i will accept, given the right partner he may be a potential great. don't forget i havn't been keen on sess, but lately he's changing my opinion, that's all i want, is for them to show what they can do for safc, every game. play for the club, not a pay cheque, not to much to ask.
But look at his scoring record for Rennes and the club before that. He wasn't prolific, but he just adds class to the team. I've been happy with him this season, and I don't think we'd need to sell unless we either get a crazy offer or he wants to go, which I can't see happening. But, I didn't see Bent's departure coming...
Gyan must be kept-on,and" built-around".Form is temporary, class is permanent!!Bruce made a massive rollocks by allowing Bent to go..he should NOT let Gyan go!!
