Proud but deflated. Dreamland for the first half but somewhat inevitable for the second and extra time.

Unbelievable shift from those lads today.

Jagielka and Cahill will have watched that performance from Davies today and be counting their lucky starts their on the plane. Immense.

Great support too, standing, sitting but always singing and clapping.

On the train home, glowing with pride.

I think it's Smalling who's got to be thinking "Jesus christ - how has he got on the plane ahead of me?"
Listened to the interviews on Humberside and they all sounded heartbroken - but hopefully when they see how proud they make us, they'll realise the monumental effort they put in.

Curtis Davies was far and away man of the match, only because Ramsey scored what was the winner that they gave it to him.

Bruce Jnr, the one who wasn't good enough for you?

Gave away the freekick to get them back into it. Poor and needless tackle and the goalkeeping to follow it up was awful.

Yes Davies was MotM but Ramsey ultimately made the biggest contribution, you can't really argue with that.

Someone please tell me how ANYONE could think Sanogo played better than Fryatt? Disgusting.
Although - they thought Bruce was the best player on the pitch!
I thought Bruce was outstanding, apart from for their free kick. He put his body and head everywhere, as did all the lads.

Sanogo did play well, he changed how they played which ultimately won them the game.
