Don't they have a rule whereby when you get sent off you are suspended. Or are you assuming that we are going to appeal the Williamson dismissal as the opponent was on his way to the changing room at the time? Of course we could argue that the ref was mistaken and hope that it was missed by the camera although there did seem to be one in the vicinity that might have some footage if it can be fixed.

I'd honestly consider playing Jonas at CB.
Abeid can act as cover too and we should just try to keep them busy at thr other end.

Cannot see Colo playing again tbh. If the stories are true his head will be all over the place when he get's stripped of the captaincy.

Not sure about Jonas at CB but we will lose heavily once again.

Is Dummy out too then! Or did you just forget about him?

Or do you rate him less at CB than you rate Jonas?

You cannot keep losing, the players will have to turn up at least for one game.

Just be lucky you are not us Everton, Chelsea and Arsenal to play away..

Heavy defeat. We might as well send out the physios, kit man, tea lady and anyone else that's rattling around in the back room. Won't make a lick of a difference with our rag tag outfit. Saying that, Ashley could be a decent centre back. He's got the build of an old fashioned no nonsense defender. Could he be the answer to our defensive problems?!

Now now Jack is a canny DM (or LB at pinch)...but really you must have better than him. 3 points and you are safe we need 6 and I cannot see where they are coming from

0-5 Craig gardner hat trick !, by the way we (SAFC) hold the most premier defeats in a row 15 (I think). You are not as bad as we were then though, we were totally and utter ****e.

What's the consensus on the board - support the team regardless now because we're stuck with the cnuts at the top and we might as well be in the PL as go into the abyss below, or just give the fck up cos neither Charnley, Carver or Ashley deserve a PL club?

    Difficult times, eh.

On the game, we'll get beat. But I'd go Jonas at LB, he seems back to fitness, and Colo with Dummett if possible. I'd bring Satka in if Dummy's out. Raylor at right back. 2 x DM's, in Colback and Abeid, De Jong ahead of them, Cabella left, Sissoko right and with any luck Cisse up top. I'd take Perez out for the time being, if Cisse can't start then Armstrong for me. We need a core of passion and enthusiasm, which Arma, Colback, Abeid and De Jong can give. SDJ as captain.

I would go for support as I don't accept relegation will get rid of Ashley AND I don't want MY team to be relegated.

Team wise I would agree but Carver isn't in a month of Sunday's going to pick that team.

Like Immortal Technique said "I love the place that I live, but I hate the people in charge". We all want to support the team, but it's so difficult with all the other extenuating circumstances. If a fully packed and vocal SJP can help get this turgid lot across the line and guarantee PL football again, great! But will it solve anything? The problems will still be there. It's such a ****e state of affairs being an NUFC supporter these days.
