The member / senior member thing just depends how active you are on the forum. No-one decides on it.
As for this clique thing - if you want to contribute then everyone's welcome to join in and we have loads of people who didn't ever post on 606. If you just want to act like a prick tthen **** off to the Leeds United or Barnsley board. And likewise my aim is to make this an enjoyable place for the majority to talk about Ipswich Town and enjoy our ups and downs with the budgies and others. If you've got a problem with my moderation then you know where the door is

Hope everyone is feeling better after a good nights sleep and we are all ready to be mates again. Remember that apart from visitors from that place up the road, you know the one with the 6 finger people, well apart from them you ar all Ipswich supporters so should be helping each other not fighting.
Its intresting to see the clique thing, its a common accusation on every board but the truth is that the less contributors the more cliquie it looks, you may have noticed I cant spell.
We share a common problem, I'm a Sunderland supporter, we both have gone through the Roy experience, it tends to make us a bit tetchy.
Enjoy the board and enjoy all things Ipswich.

Lancs i didn't like the way you seemingly picked on a newbie who was just having a pop a norwich fan on our board as we all do and will carry on doing . And your last comment " If you've got a problem with my moderation then you know where the door is " what utter crap . It reminds me of playing sock ball at school , if the lad who's sock ball it was , was losing then he'd pick it up and run off with it. Lancs it's not your sock ball mate.

I hadn't seen much from boot apart from abuse. I want him to join in the football debate but just know where the line is. OK, I didn't handle it well on this post but I didn't have a lot of patience at that moment.
It will be a sad day if we can't banter with the budgies, I've got no problem with what canary-dave posted because it was banter. Whole Lot Of Holt came on here posting inane abuse and was given short shrift. JWM, Tractor Tim and several others have had posts removed that I deemed overstepped the mark - in actual fact it is my call to make and the people who run this board appointed me because they deemed I would do it fairly.
And actually I have quite a tough job to do of balancing letting people say what they want with spoiling it for everyone else and particularly weeding out racism, homophobia and anything else that stops it being an enjoyable place for people to debate football and have a bit of banter. These sorts of comments and nonsense about a clique make me wonder if it's deserving of my time, or if I should just let it descend into chaos as you seem to wish.

Yorkie fair points made and I think I speak for most on here when I say that the work you do on this board is very much appreciated. The work you are doing for the Camilla Haycock donations is one case in point. Keep up the good work mate!

As long as we all don't take the piss I'd have thought we'd pretty much end up self censoring, releaving the workload for yourself. The budgies are a good bunch but you'll get strokers wherever you go.

Thanks JJ but I think I can look after myself.I'm 18 I'm a big man now.I've seen the world so I think I can stand on my own two feet.So let go of my hand sweetheart!I'm bright enough to know that you feel guilty about your sock ball thingy.I also know the hurt you get when you play sock ball with someone and then another person gets involved and Dooley pushes you out and you have to watch from the side lines as they play together!
