I get that BRB has his tongue so firmly in his cheek that he is going to need a transfusion to stem the bleeding but one point. Why do so many football fans pay so much more attention to what they think (not know) is happening in boardrooms compared to what is actually happening on the pitch?

I'll be even more impressed if they can regularly fill it. Champions League will help, I'd guess. Keeping hold of one tof the best young coaches in Europe is essential too imo. And they do need to win something soon if they are genuinely going to establish themselves at the top table; hard to do that with their more limited resources, but that's the challenge. Next couple of years are vital for them I reckon.
