You either have, or you don't have, taste.
I absolutely dread to see what many of your wardrobes and record collections are like.
Says the bloke who's wardrobe and record collection was probably last updated 1974.
My wardrobe is unremarkable. I do still have half a dozen waistcoats from the 70-80's hanging up in there, waiting for waistcoat rebirth, and of course there's the motorcycle gear. Apart from that, any jeans I own tend to be Wranglers 'cause Levis don't fit [there is a double meaning there], but I have pairs of trousers, trekkers pants, etc... tops, shirts, the usual, and the sailing gear, which I must take a look at to see if it's up to the mark for Saturday. I also have a few suits, one with the obligatory waistcoat and a black detective's overcoat with epaulettes, belt and all. I've even got the trilby.
Music wise I don't know where to start. I love a smattering of all, classical, jazz, folk, pop, etc.. though most of my vinyl [yes, it is predominantly that] does tend to be from 60's to present day blues rock. I'm in a bedroom at present and there are some albums overhead within touching distance. I've just taken three albums out at random and [thank goodness] I've taken one track from my chosen one of the three. It's Jimi Hendrix from Axis: Bold as Love - Little Wing. It's kind of appropriate too because this was written and performed on this album just a few months after I started supporting Saints. It really doesn't get better than this. Listen to the virtuosity [he plays lead and rhythm at the same time], the gut-bucket timing, and the sheer cool sounds he makes, with virtually no aids. The phased sounds are very 60's. People say it's too short. I always think it gives one an excuse to play it again.
