I found some more pictures from this game on my phone, so here they are... Elfs, am I right in assuming your ground-hopping is over for this season? Wembley was the perfect place to finish...
A nice lay in and a leisurely trip to Mikton Keynes. Newport Pagnell v Harpenden today. A few QPR and a couple of Ipswich going on to Burton and Stoke.
It's on it's way back! Ground-hopping 2019-20 - a photographic odyssey I've got my first set of piccies from the Elf, will be posting them in the next day or two... I promise you won't be disappointed!
Newport Pagnell Town FC v Harpenden FC Saturday 3rd August 3pm (part 2) Looks like a nice programme they've done there...
The football season is back! This Spartan South Midlands Premier League game took me to the 'delights' of Milton Keynes, the Manhattan of Buckinghamshire. Quickly bussing it out of this depressingly souless place I quickly arrived in the pleasant village of Newport Pagnell. A nice enough ground was made more enjoyable by the random mural behind one of the stands. A very good gate of around 150(it's common to have less than 50 at this level) saw Harpenden open up their season with an easy 4-2 away win.
A good start to the season. Newport Pagnell produced a programme(yippee), and had some badges for sale in the tea bar. All that was missing was a team sheet. Concession admission £4 Programme £1 Badge £3 Coffee £2 1/2 San Miguel £2.10 Total outlay £12.10 I hope this forum appreciates IT wizz Mr Lardiman. This thread would be finished without him
You derailing elfs thread. Im hiding from little legs he finally won a bet off me. On the 8.33 to Barnsley next week
