Palace done a good job and had the work rate, deserved win. But our display was bad, so bad that on the CCMB board the talk of Red v Blue has stopped, has have the talk of Tan, with most threads discussing our dire performance against Palace, and trust me, if it was bad enough for them to stop going on about the other things, it must have been bad.
worst performance for the last few seasons........totally disjointed from start 2 finish......the good thing is can we ever pplay that bad again....I fking hope not
So sorry, I was busy and missed this post How ingenious of you kj , and also how very brave of you !! now if my little tabby was called Blueturk the tiger I doubt very much that you would resort to name calling
Give it another go, mate. That was terrible. Clearly no sense of humour west of Loughor Bridge..... or east of Port Talbot
did I miss a joke en????............is our resident clown doing his bit again.....aussie stop being boring and shut up for once
aber. I'll do my best. But you lot are providing so much material to work with. From the owner down in fact.
You dont need to buy Big to be successful all you need is to buy players who fit into the style MM wants to play..Teamwork beats individual players any day of the week..
They are the City of Culture team from East Yorkshire. You may know them better as Hull City AFC. Don't laugh, it could be you lot next. Whatever they are called, you should remember them as you were lucky with the decisions (or should I say non-decisions) last night.
Get a grip fella - your reading of this thread looks more like you're under18and illegal. DragonPhill is a jack, not one of us - the clue is in his name. The Dragon part is an indication that he really wants to be a Cardiff fan of the future..... I assume you're referring to our esteemed owner and the suggestion that we could be renamed Cardiff Dragons - whatever, it's nothing to do with your game against the Jacks last night nor this thread. It can't be possible you had a strong penalty shout turned down, that only ever happens to the Jacks - every referee has got it in for them. The thread title "Grim" was applied to our recent form and relegation prospects - from last night's game it would appear there are at least two more contenders.
You'll find that I was a dragon long before you plastic imposters!............. Hull what a bloody shower, couldn't put us out of our missery!.............
Well it was our turn to be grim last night. Credit to Hull though - they are a tough team to break down, coming for the point and unlucky not to grab three. They'll give anyone a game for sure. We blow Newcastle away then 5 days later play like that. Grim indeed. I'm beginning to think that the teams that will go down will be the ones only marginally more inconsistent than the rest.
On that showing Aussie (fair to say untypical), you have to accept that you were little better, if any at all than us against Palace - and you were at home. Poor performances will influence the final drop zone outcome as much as good ones will steer clubs away from it. No good us beating Man City and then losing to Palace. Similar to you - the back to back defeat of Newcastle and that almost loss against Hull at home is very dangerous. Consitency is definitely the key. We have been consistent insofar as being defence minded and it has kept us out of the bottom three, but any more rubbish from us like at Palace, and we will soon be amongst them. Changing the approach to games is a big decision for any manager that has already set his stall out. Malky needs to contemplate the almost inevitable consequences of his continuation with his penchant for "containment" against teams of similar standard in this division. No idea what Laudrup needs to do, but much more of that last night and you'll be joining us in the scrap.
Sparkey I am beginning to think that Malky wont be at the helm come January, unless he changes things around and starts throwing caution to the wind, as i said in a different thread, his words after the Palace match were 'I would be worried if we were not making chances' Now i for one am starting to think that he has been watching perhaps the reserves and not the first team.
Still very disappointed in the way we played or didnt play in the last 2 games, WOL running a story from Mehmet Dalman stating they will back Malky in the January market and he has the full backing of the board. Is that the dreaded vote of confidence.
