But he has done nothing in the last 3 games ...waggy though not at his best has been far more effective,Green may come good but I get the impression that he thinks he`s better than he is to be honest his work rate v Tranmere was appalling.

I don't really think Waggy has been as effective as many have made out, the only game were I felt his performance stood out was against Sheffield United - he's grown into a habit of never going past the full back (something he used to specialise in doing) and his crossing is terrible. Though it is very exciting when he gets on the ball, I feel most fans views are related to this 'excitement' rather than anything that comes of it.

All I will add to this debate is that we look far more balanced and secure with Waggy in the team, it also gives Solly a licence to overlap as he knows that Waggy will be covering for him.

Green did no harm to his cause today, personally think Waggy would have done better with the early chance but Green didn't do much wrong today & showed a fair amount of commitment, which we see from Waggy every game. For me Waggy wins,...just but a few more performances like today & I may change my mind.

I said after the MK Dons game that both Green and Kermit should both be in the starting line-up despite being in the minority. They absolutely transformed us when they came on that night. Not saying today proves a point but lets just hope it's the start of another run.

It's a tricky one for CP cos both Green and Kermit as impact subs had looked more dangerous than when they had started the last couple of games so i'm glad both have delivered today starting the game and hope they can continue to do so.

I knew Green would get there, it was just a matter of game time. Pleased for him.

For me Green is the better footballer. He doesn't have Waggy's pace but puts in double the amount of crosses. If we play Kermogant then I think Green has to play just because he'll create more chances for him. Yesterday was an excellent opportunity for Waggy, when he came on, to show us what he is made off against a tiring team with ten men. Unfortunately he was pretty anonymous and had little impact.

Wagstaff used to take on defenders just like Lloyd Sam and it was exciting to watch but seems to have been coached out of him. And also there have been moans about how poor Green has been in most games up until yesterday so it's Waggy for me every time.
