    I would still have to say in terms of a performance Liverpool's was excellent, like last night I had psychologically accepted we were out but that Milan side was nowhere near as good as Barca and had 83% possession.

    1. Barca 2-2 Chelsea - :)

    2. Milan 3-3 Liverpool - Miracle again.

    3. Deportivo 4-0 Milan - 4-1 down after the first leg, amazing

    4. Juve 2-3 United - Incredible

    5. Bayern 1-2 United - Bayern battered them and led for 85 minutes, heartbreaking for them but under the circumstances a great win for the Reds.

    True that Barcelona are a better team now than that Milan team was. But your Chelsea team now is 3x as better as the team we were playing with that night (at least).

    They were both amazing nights for both sets of supporters that's for sure :D

    I think they are on par, it's just that to score 2 goals at the Camp Nou of all places and only have 17% of the ball is a miracle.

    Both great nights though as you say, but yours counted for something <ok>

    The tie was all about Barca failing not chelsea winning. Liverpool were 3 down at half time AND it was teh final, both better achievements btw

    Liverpool have Won twice at the nou btw, 2 2 again.. is not so great especially when your whole effort was totally dependant on Messi missing all of thsoe chances

    This thread putting chelsea as greatest CL effort when UNited did it and it was not so great eh?

    The worst team effort ina CL semi ever and you call it the greatest, pathetic.

    What is really pathetic is that when ye went forward ye caused them problems it was just so fkn lame that you decided you would not play one iiota of football instead. Chicken**** sh!t football team. Liverpool got to the final and played knowing the class they faced because the players had spines didnt roll around the grass or sneakily knee people in the back.

    A disgrace to football your lot progressing, greatest ever, O M F G
