I returned home still buzzing from a great weekend in Hull. It started on Friday night at the tournament in the Airco between teams from the OSC, Icelandic supporters and ex Tigers. On Saturday the pre match in the Airco was followed by a fantastic result. On Saturday night it was back to the stadium for a members event which included Dean Windas and Darren France discussing their careers, OSC presented cheques to two of our charities £620 to the Josh Fell Foundation and £1050 to Hull 4 Heroes. The Icelanders did their own collection and added a significant sum to the Josh Fell fund.

I'm looking forward to this weekend, its a big game for my family. The pre match meet up is always special and if anyone wants to join us for a drink, pm me for the details of the pub we use.

How is Darren France tom. He had some serious health problems awhile back.

I should add, Darren had bone cancer ( Myeloma), he is in remission at the moment. He looks well though.

I first met him at the Airco arena last year and he is a real gent. I really have a lot of time for him and am so pleased to be able to be a small part of the fund raising.

Let's hope the game where you are living turns out to be as euphoric as the Watford game.
