Circumstances at West Ham regarding the treatment of Franks uncle Harry and his Dad, Frank senior were more of a factor in Frank moving to Chelsea, rather than Ranieri. I'm not saying Ranieri is not a good talent spotter but if The Hammers had not **** on his family, and they did big time, then Frank would now probably be a West Ham legend.
