Fair enough, I just don't think he's as good as some make out. I agree those 2 seasons were outstanding but they were 4 years a go now and that's my concern. I am always wary of signings a player after they've had their big move and been at the top, often theyve lost that desire that got them to the top and performances fall away Grealish should be looking for a deal in Europe imo, just get away for a bit and focus on his game rather than everything else that comes with being a PL footballer
My final point on Grealish, is i don't have anything against him as a player - yes I'm not as high on him as others are but he's still technically a brilliant footballer My issue is we want to be signing players that make us a really good unit and im not sure a player like Grealish at his stage of his career is the right thing for us (or him). Watching PSG (yes I know they spent loads on that team) and how they went away from signing superstars to signing players that fit into a system, is how we will be successful. Anyway we wouldn't be after him anyway, his wages are ridiculous
