Grayson mixing it up.

Grayson is just doing what any decent manager does but because it's been so long since we've had one it feels like he's breaking the mould.

Year after year we watch opposition managers making substitutions while ours stands there like a lemon and waits for us to go 2-0 down before making any changes. Grayson isn't one of those types.

Interesting mate. Browning got slated the other day.

I was in that conversation we only said we weren't impressed so far. He lets the ball bounce, and cb doing that scare the **** out of me. Overall he's done alright but that trait will cost us goals, it always does so I hope Simon is working on it with him. We also said we shouldn't prioritise the development of other teams players if they're not up to scratch. Our lack of decent CBs means he still retains his place for me but I hope we bring someone in of our own to give him proper competition.

Anyways.

Can't wait for Watmore to come back, he'd be in for Honeyman baring in mind it's clear counter attacking is a big part of our game this year. The lad can carry the ball 50 yards up the pitch so for that reason I'd be playing him as a wide man this season to help link up these swift counters.

I know you sometimes read rtg. Young dunc takes a lot of **** on there.

They're a hard lot to please.

Full of unreasonable ****ers though isn't? It;s always those who write of younguns. Most of them don't come in to their own till their mid 20s

Ive tried loads of times. I just cant get away with that forum.

Its a heap of knowledge. But a tough crew. Highly moderated to.

Always thought their smb(ot bit) super though. Not so much the footy bit.

Seems harsh on Honeyman like but I hoestly think Watmore will have a field day in this league. I'd almost be tempted to play him up front as I think his pace would be an absolute weapon, but then we lose out on his ball-carrying ability. Tough one.

But we have forwards now.

But get your thinking.

Tell me about it. Me and one of the mods didn't agree on something, we debated, and I wanted to agree to disagree, he didn't, so he followed me around the board pushing his case. Told him to **** off eventually so he banned me. <laugh>

I don't see it as harsh, Watmore and McGeady are better players. Honeyman will still get plenty of game time he has plenty to offer, but not going to put him in my strongest team when he isn't the strongest.

Watmore, i think is a better carrier than finisher, but it all depends on where Grayson needs him as I think necessity is going to dictate who gets picked in a few positions over the season.

Teesidemackem's team is our best choice, but we need to get Jones up to scratch or another defender brought in plus a midfielder and striker before the deadline, even though Watmore is coming back. I would like to see 3-4-3 at home.
