Set your targets at the start of the season and stick with them... **** sake, i agree he shoulda done better in january, he didnt and maybe injuried happenedat the wrong time as well but get over it, it happened, back the ****ing team. Its not your decision to sack the manager anyway so whats the point with people constantly saying it. The facts are there that he is the best manager we have had in a long time regardless of his signings. He gets results, he got us promoted, he got us to 7th in our first season back in the championship. Our target for this season is top two and our expectation is top six, if he does not get that, then satrt moaning. One game into the season jumped the gun a little bit? Are millwall calling for there manager's head or are they saying they have good team this year capable of promotion. I hate to compare ourselves with millwall but they are n a similar position however we did better than them last season and we will do better than hem this season

It is not just one game into the season is it? It is only 8 wins in 23 games from x-mas! Does that not worry you? We do not beat big teams away from home. His signings are poor His man management looks poor He has not experience at this level Never used kids I could go on and on Is he manager that will ever get us up? Even if he got into the playoffs we would not win them.

Because we were hit by a few unfortunate injuries that led to overworking certain players. It happens, and it hits weaker squads harder. There, I said it. We had a weaker squad last season than a lot of the teams we were knocking around with up the top. We got into 2nd on the back of an extremely good run of form, paired with the fact it's easier to climb the table in the first half of the season due to there being smaller gaps between positions. A few poor results is acceptable, but then after those we had injury worries that meant Gradel and Snodgrass had to run on fumes. Not ideal. The reason for the poor form later on was, really, unfortunate circumstances. We were punching above our weight. That said, I don't think the manager should ever, ever admit that. Never in a million years.
you guys must be blind, grayson is papas poodle and will never ever be sacked, you will never get to the premiership as long as papa runs the show, he needs the money for other things and now he has bought all the shares at leeds he is laughing all the way to the bank. your team is much weaker than last season and its know wonder some pundits are tipping you to go back to league one and the rest dont have you anywhere near the top. is it graysons fault...not on your Nelly, is it papas fault...most definitely. he got you all where he wants you putting your hard earned cash into his pocket to build his empire while not giving much back to allow grayson to do a proper job and buy players good enough to get back to the premiership, blaming grayson is a total waste of time he is going nowhere.....

You blame the injuries that never happend instead of blameing grayson for messing up just like he all most did in league 1. Who made that back 4 that was the second worst in the clubs history? (as far as i know) The team was there to at least get into the playoffs. Do you think we have a weaker team now then last season?
the injuries was to watt and sam, although they weren't first team, they were vital to giving snoddy and max a break. That was dissapointing and it was annoying we didnt take the chance but you cant say that it was unsuccessful season compared to the objectives and expectations. I do actually think the team is better than last season despite our display on saturday although i think the squad is a little light still
Watt and Sam were never used when they were fit, and their injuries were pretty mysterious, they were never announced until later. You've been ranting and raving on here about how O'Dea is the worst player you've ever seen and you think the team is better?
