I just had a written warning for publicly slagging a colleague. Too many people where I work in jobs that they are not suited for and I will speak my mind.

Also it was for swearing at a fat mess who came over and demanded I close my window, there are lot's of arguments about the air conditioning. Why do birds want to sit in tropical heat all day?

Back in a previous job the ladies who's parents may have come to the UK on the Windrush would be sat there in the middle of a summer heatwave with electric blow heaters going full pelt under their desks. Folks would be passing out from the heat but they would not turn off the heaters and the managers were invertebrates who wouldn't put their foot (feet?) down. As a result the clutch of office girls ruled the roost like Yardies with false nails and weaves.

My mate who's been tapped up is a victim of politics and power-plays. His former boss turned a blind eye to practically anything but now he's gone the new regime seem hell bent on ridding the place of any dodgy dealing so my mate who admits he's been getting away with it for decades is all of a sudden sitting at home on suspension waiting for the axe to fall. His dilemma is that he knows where all the bodies are buried and could grass up the entire firm but it would affect just as many good guys as w.ankers.

One of the ladies is brown but I think it's more to do with her coming into work in a skirt that barely covers her knickers, if indeed she is wearing any. If you're cold, put some clothes on.

If she is brown then you are onto a loser because the trump card will be that you are only complaining because of her ethnicity and you couldn't possibly understand the needs of Afro-Caribbean people because of White Privilege. And Slavery.

You could try mediation but then you will be in a room full of other people also telling you that you are wrong, honky.
