The only way that the statement makes any sense, were if his aspirations for the season were to still have a job at the end of it. Based on last season he is probably right to think it's an achievable aim.
Seeing where we are after 46 games will also mean that we have a few games left to play, after all this Trophy stuff plus all the lovely single round of the FA Cup etc.
Getting stupid now , do the right thing McCann and get out of the club alongside the Allams ASAP . Cant understand it me to be fair why stay when the longer hes here the worse his cv looks due to his bad management propping up bad ownership ? Just please **** off from city .

And if he had meant that, it would anyway be an equally uninspiring ramble! Who wants to hear a manager / head coach say " ... we will see if it has worked after 46 league games"? Even Enob's statement was more inspiring, at least he spoke of 'harsh lessons having been learned','missing experience and nous' and 'aiming to bounce back at the first attempt' (what a state of affairs to be admitting that Enob's words were better than our manager's, but that's were we are at with McCann).

He's in the wrong job then. He's head coach; it's fundamental to his role that he has the ability to put across his thoughts to others.

Let's face it the **** is just thick as Pig ****, which if left for a few years makes useful excellent compost, whereas McCann on the other hand is absolutely useless and will not improve with age.

Grant would like 46 games to see where we are, I wonder how long Ehab will give him if we continue to under-perform? Hopefully much less than 46.

Who knows.
All commonsense and logic went out of the window when he retained his job through, and at the end of, the abysmal last season.
It's not even as though he has a proven track record of getting clubs out of L1. He's literally achieved knack all in his management career, bar an abysmal relegation.
Why though ? I dont understand it . Reminds me of a dictatorship , every c*nt wants them out but they get a kick off the power .
And there ya have it .. they love the fact that no matter what anyone says we can't do fk all until they decide if and when to bugger off .. its a total power trip .. moreso I suspect with daft lad then the old man but blood runs thick

I just cannot understand this guy's attitude. He keeps telling us he knows this league. So, what? I know this league. All that's needed is some determination to get out of it and not accept more than one defeat in a row unlike the last seasons pathetic attempt
