    Alonso says it was “70 laps of qualifying today”. I don’t remember anyone doing lift and coast on a qualifying lap Fernando. He was being very cagey about the reasons for having to do it too, despite the team suggesting there was some sort of issue in their radio message to him. He loves to play games.

    Canada is often one of the more exciting races of the year, so really disappointed that it was mostly DRS trains today.

    Great result for Albon and Williams at the head of the main one. Norris was one of the few to look combative, but the penalty meant it was all for nothing. Was surprised to see neither of the unsafe releases punished.
