Did you see the way he was shaking his hands? He must have been in so much pain,and in need of medical attention but none was available for ages.

Also fire marshalls were in no hurry tp address the fire on the brakes,which could have rapidly spread to the whole car.

 

Haas confirmed KMag crash was due to the heat of rear brakes causing a suspension failure (track rod failure)!
No reports about his hands other than they where sore after the crash - hopefully he will be fine for this weekends race.

 

So nothing to do with his running wide at the corner .

Well at least he seems to be ok

 

In the modern era , the amount of time it took for the Medical team to get to him is inexcusable

 

I think back to the Grosjean crash and fire.
