Don't know if anyone else has 'Canary Player', but Graham Stark was explaining what the purpose of the 'black vests' that the players were wearing during their time in Austria. They have GPS fitted, so the coaching staff can see how far and how fast each player has travelled during training and they also have a 'heart monitor' fitted, so they can see how hard they're working. All very technical if you ask me!!!!

I actually did wonder what they are. That's pretty interesting, not a bad concept and more analysis in which Hughton can make some decisions. Plus probably good in future after the Muamba incident, could it possibly prevent that in future? I don't know but won't do any harm.
All very scientific JR, far removed from the days of Crossan and Bly, where they just kept on running until they dropped , and sometimes even after they dropped

Talking of wonderful times, you may remember I'm not a fan of the push-bike, but the efforts of a certain Mr. Bradley Wiggins has caught my attention these last few days, I'm sure it's given your enjoyment an added edge!

Yes, have been following with interest Mr. Wiggins, but all in all, a pretty tame tour, as the other so-called favourites haven´t come up to scratch. In fact his toughest adversary is his own team mate Mr. Froome, keep an eye out for him in the next few years.
