Montmorrency cherries is a real game changer mind. Then just drink plenty of water. Got to flush the **** out. Have to say I generally feel ****e if I am not drinking loads of water anyway.

Went through it a few years ago over a 2 year period. I dont like much medication. Read about tart cherries. Made a big difference for me.

I suffer with arthritis generally. I take Ginger and Turmeric supplements. Natural anti-imflammatories.

These are the ones that have made sure I have had zero full attacks in 2 years. I only take 1 a day like, think you're meant to take 2.

I get joint pain caused by kidney disease, been on those cherry extract capsules for about a week since seeing them on here. Have to say I think it's improving things but of course that could be a placebo effect.

Placebo effect doesn't stop the pain, it's physical pain that needs treatment
