It said that Andrew Ellis has fallen out with Craig Whyte and is suing him over shares and administration is definitely happening regardless of tax case outcome, which backs up what guy at PWC said.
It was sent to me by a Rangers man, but I was under the impression that Whyte was giving the shares to Ellis as a loan, so I would have thought it would be quite difficult to sue somebody when you haven't paid for it, also, I'm not sure what the reason would be for going into administration if we win the tax case. Anybody else heard anything?
