32 shots at goal 12 on target 0 in the net I don't think 2 up front would have mattered too much Bad luck is all
Typical Celtic supporters. Horsed out of the Cup by minnows and they roll out footage from 1996. ****in beelin' or what
Typical Aberdeen fan. His team hasn't won anything for 2 decades so comments on Celtic and Rangers without a hint of irony.
Celtic fans are ****in hilarious. Can never accept that they have been beaten fair and square. Bunch of ****in spastic paranoid *****s, one and all.
Aberdeen fans are ****ing hilarious Laughing about a video from 1996 when their team have won sweet **** all since 1996 as well. Bunch of part-time sheep shagging no-hopers.
Last Scottish winners in Europe dumbass. When have you ever even been to see Celtic play ya speccy twat? ****in beelin and it's hilarious
A second striker stands a better chance of converting a chance or shot into a goal....or at least in theory this should be the case. So i dont agree that another striker wouldnt have mattered too much. We played 2 forwards against AC Milan away (ganted Sammy played a more withdrwan/wide role) but none the less 2 front men. Why didnt we do likewise at home to Morton?
Considering we will win the league, I don't understand why we don't focus our resources on the cup competitions.
exactly 4 wins over the course of the season would have seen us win the league cup Players seem to think because they are in the CL they only have to turn up to win these games - same could be said countless times last season also. I would have thought that the players playing last night should have been chomping at the bit to make Lennon have to pick them next week v Barca. And as much as I rate Lennon he has to take the blame for failing to make them pay for not turning up time after time domesitcally. If it was a one off - fair enough.
Our easiest chance for a treble and we are ****ing it up. We can blame no one else for last night, it was all our own doing. If Lennon is resting players to keep them fresh for the champions league then fair enough, but he needs to deliver in it then.
It's the same old story in the Diddy Cup, a weakened team - or more accurately a team who have never played as a team - cannot beat some minnows or no-hopers. tbh I don't really care, good luck to Morton let's hope they make some decent cash out of this. I - for one - will not be over-analysing what happened, it happened is all that matters and we have no divine right to win every game. Move on and draw a line under it.
