I remember taking the piss and claiming he was a **** manager on their board. To which I was told about his technical abilities and previous glory at Arsenal. No doubt he is a very good tactician, but he can't handle his players/media properly and he just bends over for the board. You can't tell the fans that you will spend money then not.![]()
He's running the board, they're bending over for him. That's how much power we've (mistakenly) given him.

Anyone heard this story about The Ox and Southampton? Part of the deal taking him to Arsenal including an fee of £20,000 per twenty minute appearance for up to 100 games. Southampton have won a case for this to include injury time because Wenger kept putting him on the bench and bringing him on around 72-75 minutes![]()
