I am planning on getting privacy screen for monitor but worry that will be obvious.

I have my 3 monitors arranged in a horseshoe around my keyboard and mouse, one of which I've angled so it is hard to see from the hall but not impossible (angling it more didn't make much difference it just made it awkward for me to see).

Turn your screen to face the other way and move your chair to the other side of the desk <whistle>
