Its not one person its an accumulation of personal attacks over time that have left me having to try and tell myself Im a nice person . I may be annoying , but things have gone too far on a few occassions ..

Some will have a pop now about attention seeking, but they say its best to be open if something is bothering you and speak uo so i am.. i suffer ptsd and atm i could do without people mocking my mental health in particular.. i like people taking the piss just putting it out there to appeal to peoples better nature.

And before anyone says it I know ive gine too far in the past and could calm it down a tad ... maybe i bring it on myself but it doesnt excuse people for going too far
