Tony, like no other owner I have heard of, actually understands marketing. He wants to create loyalty from big numbers of people for all of his brands, and knows that to do this he needs to offer us value - exciting players, big plans, constant media attention, a dream of success but one which is not a complete fantasy. He's really good at this ****. For those of us worried about transfer fees and high players wages, relax, I am totally certain that we are operating within a very well constructed plan - not like Chelsea, Citeh or Portsmouth, this is a new approach entirely.
