Morning all <ok>

Very promising if Austin has said that he wants to join us, lets hope we can get a deal done very soon as he looks a player. Worryingly a few Irons in the fire have gone cold & I can see Austin getting snapped up if we dont act quickly.

Morning Bucks - Same as what is worrying me, I read this morning that United, Derby County and Cardiff City are in the hunt to sign Coventry City defender Richard Keogh, who failed to appear for the Sky Blues in Saturday&#8217;s friendly against Hinckley United. Norris and Varney are waiting, Peltier, Austin and Craig Mackail-Smith (although I can't believe at £3M) all being linked. I do fear we might lose out on some of these if cash isn't found ASAP.

Warnock has already spoken out about missing out on ward due to lack of funds and putting to bed the rumours that his wife wanted a move to London, he was Leeds bound I am sure of that.

I don't really care at the moment if Keogh is not worth the fee, if Varney and Norris are good enough or if Peltier can re-discover his early form from last season, the important thing is Warnock BELIEVES they are good enough and that he can get us promoted with them.

banter aside Tc you know we will have a good crack at promotion this year, while you guys will be fighting relegation again, as much as I would love to see the wall and Leeds in the prem, with your current crop of league one signings it aint gonna happen for you, you have now reached your level, maybe take your own advice and start playing championship manager, you could always tweet about it then !!!

we have signed up and coming players its you lot thats signing league 1 dross players who have already proved they cant cut it in the championship,,half your squad have been relegated from the championship in the last 2 years <doh>

those that can hack it have either left already or are leaving <ok>

what does that tell you ?

Erm Drury from the prem, Green refused a new contract from Derby, Paddy erm oh yeh from the Prem, sorry your right pearce from pompey as he was there player of the year and very sought after !!!!!! so what does that tell me !!!!!! <doh>

you want varney and norris relegated last season
you have pearce relegated last season
you have Nunez relegated with scunthorpe
you have lonergran relegated with preston

what it tells me is its not us signing league 1 dross we have signed from league 1 but promising youngsters not them who have already shown they cant hack it <doh>

oh we are doing a history now as well !!! as stated we have only signed one player from lg1 that would be pearce, outstanding defender lonergan on his way to Bolton, Nunez will be gone as well the others are just speculation are they not !!! so you have signed dross youngsters from lg1 nice one :smiley-finger007:

Well it looks like Austin is signing for us quality there !! if you mean Snoddy then yes he is quality but replaceable,Rosco would quite happily swap with CMS, the rest I believe are staying, so its looking good fully fit Somma by Xmas !!! and Buck Rogers should get a decent run this season !!! we shall see by kick off, but I have to say unbiased I prefer our position to yours, although would take Henry off you no probs swap with ooooourrrr Billy <whistle>

IN FACT !!!
we agree on two things this guy Austin has certainly proved himself in the Norwegian premier league <ok>
which as you know is on parr with our league 2 lets hope he can make the step up <ok>
