Teak Trading; how many times has this offshore outfit raised its ugly head in conjunction with Bates and simply because Jacob Adler owns Teak Trading and is mates with Bates and Teak owns ER and TA. in 2009 we were in the process of triggering the 'buy-back' clause for £6m on TA, so sold Delph, but Bates didn't want to use the Delph money because he wanted that for himself, so he went cap in hand to the council who blew him off. So the deal didn't happen and the clause has now expired so if we want to buy it back we need to pay the going rate, which is huge. Well done you robbing twat Bates. The buy-back clause for ER is however still in place until 2029 and a deal can be done if someone comes up with the cash. So Bates and mates have recieved £2m per year for TA/ER since 2004, not a bad deal is it and no wonder Bates didn't want to buy it back as he was earning shed loads for doing nothing and he could blame the council at the same time.
