Morning all Happy with the result, though not what I've heard about the performance (was only listening in on LUTV). Sounds like Snoddy had a bit to be annoyed about, but can't blame Ross for being a little bit greedy the form he is in at the minute! Slightly concerned about the lack of Clayton, but bet SG is happy to have the win after becoming favourite for the sack in the championship! We get to play the waiting game and see what happens in the loan market now, and of course, chin up, BECCHIO'S BACK AND SCORING!

Elland You get what I mean though. They were MUCH bigger than us. And it just made me think we are gonna get bullied in this league. We need grafters but we need hard nuts who wont take no ****. Morning all. Good result Saturday. Sounded from the commentary as though Clayton was sorely missed. An injury by all accounts. Didn't we just know that Becchio would score within minutes of coming on? Nice to see that McCormack is now being looked at as an option on the left allowing SG to play Becchio +1 other up front. Not sure what Nunez & Sam will make of that, but at least Sam doesn't appear to be sulking. What was up with Nunez? Does he prefer to play in CM, which might explain why he threw his teddy out of the pram after being subbed, or what? Nice to see that unless Clayton is unfit or Becchio pulls up after the weekend, we should have a strong 16 for Brizzle on Saturday. Surely back to back wins are a fair possibility. MOT
We where totally ineffective in midfield absolutely dominated! Howson looked ill and was sick on the pitch! SWW I think most of the people moaning about Kasper where the people that didnt see him **** up all last season they just saw the games on the telly!
It does sound like Andy is much much more solid than Kasper. Kasper made some great saves at key moments, but I think quite a lot of people let that overshadow some pretty dodgy decision making and a struggle to command his own area. I was disappointed when I heard that he was getting sold, but I've been impressed and think it was some great business now!
Wonder if we'll get a right back and a decent quick tall (one of pags 8 footers ) central defenders, please, please, please, we don't want any more forwards or midfielders
On another note how good was Lansbury for Wet Sham! would have loved him similar player to Clayton but could push Brown outta the team
